We will present you with a shortlist of options based on the criteria of your needs analysis.

We will liaise with the selling agents to arrange property inspections.

3. Negotiations and Inspections

Once you have selected which property you would like to proceed with, we begin negotiations and further inspections on your behalf.

Our experienced and knowledgeable team will negotiate on your behalf keeping your best interests at heart.

Working with our trusted affiliate partners we will arrange building and pest inspections to identify any issues with the property.

4. Manage contractual obligations

Our team and affiliated partners will help and guide you to you seamlessly manage the contractual obligations ofyour purchase.

From the drawing up of contracts, liaising with your solicitor, mortgage broker, and financial advisor.

5. Manage through to settlement

The Inspired Property Group team and our affiliate partners will liaise, assistand support you through thesettlement process.

As your purchase nears settlement, Inspired Property Group will email your pre-settlement kit. This includes prompts for your home andcontent insurances.

We will organise a final property inspection prior to settlement to ensure that all conditions of the contract have been fulfilled.

The 4 steps to purchasing your
“Custom Build”

1. Establish your needs

Inspired Property Group will work with you to identify your custom build requirements which include:

Number of bedrooms

Number of bathrooms

Single or double garage

Size of the build

Property inclusions such as Ducted Air, Stone benchtops, Freestanding baths, ceiling heights and the like

Number of living areas

2. Drafting Plans

Once we have established your requirements, our team will begin drafting your building plans. Inspired Property Group have a range of plans that we are able to use as a starting point, or, if you have a plan in mind, we can start from there.

Once we have a draft, our team and builders will continue working with you to finalise and make any required changes.

3. Contracts

Once you are happy with your plans, contracts will be issued.

Once contracts are signed by you and the builder, the finals plan will be prepared for submission to council.

4. Final Plans

At this stage you will be presented with your finals plan prior to council submissions.

Should you wish to make any further and final changes, such as electrical layouts and the like, this is your opportunity to do so.

5. Plan submission

Once you are 100% happy with the final plans and have signed off, the builder will send them to council for approval.

6. Hand over

Once all the paperwork has been approved and finalised, Inspired Property Group will help arrange for the pick up your keys so you can celebrate!
